RST AIR-TECH CE Level 2 chest protectors are CE certificated to EN 1621-3 : 2018, offering CE Level 2 protection with Type A coverage.

Constructed using flexible materials, it also focuses on enhnaced comfort and tends to keep you cool during long hauls, thanks to (AVS) Air Ventilation System that incorporates holes across the armour for enhanced ventilation.

The RST Contour Plus Level 2 back protector is tested to the higher standard set out under European standard EN 1621-2:2003. Alongside protecting the spine there is now considerable anecdotal evidence that wearing a certified back protector can significantly reduce trauma in a major accident as they reduce the effect of impacts on the ribs and lessen the blows to internal organs too. A CE Level 2 back protector transmits less than half of the force of an impact compared to a CE Level 1 back protector.
